1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.2 Territorial Restrictions

You represent and warrant that you are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform and that you are not accessing our services from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. We employ geolocation technology to verify user locations, and circumventing such technology through VPNs, proxies, or similar methods constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

1.3 Account Registration Requirements

You may only create one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts, operating accounts on behalf of third parties, or sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3phfun reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. You must provide requested documents within seven (7) days of request. Failure to comply will result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals. All verification documents must be clear, legible, valid, and match the information provided during registration.

2. Account Security and Responsibilities

2.1 Credential Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your 3phfun account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

2.2 Account Monitoring

3phfun employs automated systems and manual review processes to monitor account activity for suspicious behavior, fraudulent transactions, money laundering, bonus abuse, and violations of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we suspect violations of these Terms or applicable laws. During investigations, accounts may be frozen and withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

2.3 Accurate Information Maintenance

You must ensure that all information in your account profile remains accurate and up-to-date at all times. If your contact information, payment details, or other registered information changes, you must update your account promptly. 3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made through the cashier section of your account. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds require identity verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to four (4) hours during business hours, though this may be extended for security reviews or verification requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. 8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 3phfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8.3 Warranty Disclaimer

The 3phfun platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the 3phfun platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Philippines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. 9.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 3phfun.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3phfun regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
